The Park Place Beanie is a relaxed fit, squishy, ribbed beanie that is both simple and engaging. The picot brim adds a special detail to frame your face and the ribbed fabric makes for a very comfortable wear.
This is a advanced beginner-intermediate level, relaxed fit hat pattern, with a double brim.
Finished Measurements
Sizing is written for S (M, L, XL), Teen (Adult Small, Adult Medium, Adult Large)
To fit head circumference of: 18 (20, 22, 23.5) inches
Suggested Yarn
Worsted weight yarn (sample uses Cloudborn Superwash Merino for color 1 & Maven Crafted Worsted Superwash Merino for color 2)
Color 1: 90 - 120 yards
Color 2: 50 - 70 yards
Suggested Needles
-4.5 mm 16” circular needles
-5 mm 16” circular needles
-5 mm DPNs (for crown
decrease or circulars long enough to
work in magic loop for decrease)
-5 mm crochet hook (for provisional cast on)
Notions
-darning needle
-scissors
-2 grams of scrap yarn for cast on
Techniques Featured
